You don't need an outside third party agency to consolidate your loans.  Just call your lender or Navient and the service is free and takes minutes or go to StudentLoans.gov

Everyone should read this checklist.  https://thecollegeinvestor.com/16429/is-your-student-loan-repayment-company-a-scam/

As to your question, of course it's a scam.  Every single outside third party are scams unless it's an official government agency.  All of them.  There is no choice but to pay or default.  Read through the forum.  All law firms promising to reduce payment or discharge loans are scams.  All third part groups that charge you to reduce payments are scams.  Tell WGB Benefits to pound sand.

What Doughboy said above. Read the checklist - these firms are known as "document preparation companies". They charge you an outrageous fees to put your name and SSN on a simple application. You can do it yourself for free by calling your lender or going online to StudentLoans.gov.
