So I recently found out that I was scammed and then got a message via email from Fedloan who is the top of the worst in student loan services. I called Ameritech Financial, but because I live in Massachusetts they can not help me. Is there another company that prepare documents for MA? I am catching up with payments woth Fedloan but have heard horror stories about them.
