Afraid of being scammed
« on: May 01, 2017, 12:08:15 PM »
I sent a form to get set up in regards to student loan forgiveness about a week ago. Today I received a text stating my student loans had been tagged for forgiveness and they gave me a number. I called and the guy wanted me to setup a FSA ID and he asked me some personal info, name address, etc. I kinda had a bad feeling about it and eventually told him I'd go on the website and put the info in myself. Now I'm worry he has my info and I was scammed. Should I be worried? It just seemed kind of weird to me.
