I am wondering if this is a scam:
nationalstudentassist.com

I got desperate since they said they can help me minimize my payments and use a government program to only make 105 payments based on my earnings.

Thank you.

Also I forgot to mention I am paying them 266 a month for 3 months.
They are putting a forebearance so I can consolidate my loans. I know this part I can do myself but if I am paying them to do the other thing might as well do this too.
I am just wondering if all of this is unusual.

Remember, you never need to work with any third party for your Federal loans. You can see all your options and learn about your repayment plans (and apply for them) for free on StudentLoans.gov.
