I have 7 loans from getting my BA, I was successfully able to consolidate 6 of them with FedLoans (they were all in default). I have one that I was told I wasn't able to due to my wages being garnished. My wages have been garnished for a few months now, I started working with Student Loan Consaultants of America and was told that they could stop the garnishments in 4-8 weeks so I didn't do the rehabilitation since they said it would be taken care of quicker. Well here we are and nothing has happened. I have a hearing set up in August to determine if I can get my garnishments stopped do to a financial hardship. I desperately need help!! How can I quickly get the garnishments to stop

You need to do the rehabilitation on that last loan, then I would get on an income-based repayment plan on it.
