Repayment Programs
« on: July 09, 2016, 03:25:06 PM »
Is there any type of program that will help with the repayment of student loans if I just graduated last year? I am going to start graduate school next month and would love to cut down on the debt that I have already accumulated!

Thanks!

You posted this in the Private Student Loans forum, so I'm guessing you're asking specifically about private loans?

If so, there are no special repayment programs for private loans. Each loan is based on the terms set by your lender. Think of a private loan like a car loan - it is what it is, unless you refinance.

Now, interest rates are really low right now, so it could make sense to refinance. Compare your options here: http://go.thecollegeinvestor.com/credible-tci
