Hi. So I've contacted the federal loan servicing and my current loan provider. My current provider could only tell me how long I've been consistently paying them. My loan has been sold at least twice and the company before the current could not find my loan with them even though I gave them the loan number and my SSN. I'm just trying to find out how long under the IBR I have been paying on a consistent monthly payment. After 25 years I believe it is forgiven after consistent payments. Any thoughts? Federal student loan servicing was able to tell me my loan providers but not how long I've been paying. Just want them done. Ugh. Lol. Thank you
